“O Jesus Christ, Thy Manger Is” (Lutheran Service Book 372), one of Paul Gerhardt’s Christmas hymns, was the theme for the 2021 Children’s Christmas Service. The children of Immanuel presented the story of Jesus’ birth in Scripture and hymns. Thanks to Karie Sutton, Erin Wineinger, and Amy Cracraft for helping organize and direct this year’s service, and to all the children for their good work.
